Columbus Investment Advisors buys New Albany HQ Building - Oct 12, 2009

Columbus Investment Advisors principals Frank Seigel and John Schlater purchased a 4,000 square foot office building on High Street in New Albany for there new headquarters operations. The brick office building located just north of the four corners in New Albany and across from the New Albany High School was a perfect fit for CIA says Mr. Seigel.

"We are an investment advisory company that caters to high wealth individuals. Although our client base is located throughout the Central Ohio Market Area, we both live on the east side of Columbus and this site provides easy access for us and our clients. New Albany provides a perfect address for our future as an investment firm." said Mr. Seigel.

The office team of Rob Proffit and Scott Hrabcak with The Commercial Partnership represented CIA in there search and contract negotiations.
